U.N. ADMINISTRATIVE AND BUDGETARY ISSUES
Administrative and budgetary issues are cross-cutting to the whole United Nations’ activities spectrum. This section focuses on data relating to the Regular Budget of the Organization, the financing of Peace-Keeping Operations and the budgets of the International Tribunals and the Capital Master Plan. In the last biennium (2008-2009), Italy confirmed its role as sixth major financial contributor to the U.N. finances. It must be noted that the regular budget period differentiates from that of the peace-keeping budget.
